Welcome to another Three Things Thursday. Three free fitness, audio, or otherwise pretty damn interesting things delivered to your inbox. On... not the third Thursday. Not every Thursday. But a Thursday.

Every edition I send you a quick snippet of a few interesting and cool things I’ve made or found on the internet to help you live your best life. The theme this time around is [drum roll please] PODCASTS! And it’s far from the podcasts you are most likely used to.

Merry New Year and greetings to the season. I’ll save all references to the new decade, new year, etc. for all of the other things you’ve read over the past 3 weeks in all of the other places. 

As with most breaks that I take, it’s usually a form of destroying what I was doing to then create something new. While this email blast format (the what) isn’t changing too much, (the why) I’m doing it is changing up a bit. I want to tell health and fitness stories (Audio, Words, Videos, etc.) to help ambitious people live their best lives.
