Training during the summer months is a great opportunity to work of technique.

Dates and times as follows:

15^th JULY – 23^rd AUGUST

MONDAY … 6.00 – 7.30

MONDAY … 7.30 – 9.00

TUESDAY … 6.00 – 7.30

TUESDAY … 7.30 – 9.00

WEDNESDAY … 6.00 – 7.30

WEDNEDAY … 7.30 – 9.00

Cost: €85 per session Members, €100 per session Non-Members

Numbers will be limited so book early – FEE MUST BE INCLUDED TO SECURE SPACE

VOLUNTEER BAR STAFF REQUIRED FOR THE BAR - Your hardworking bar staff need your help! If there are any Members who would like to join our teams please contact Colm O’Hare 087 9475755. It’s not all hard work and it’s a great way to socialise with Members.

SLTC LANEWAY CARS ENTERING/EXITING RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
To all Members and Visitors,
Please obey the “YIELD – GIVE WAY TO ON COMING CARS” signs displayed in prominent positions along the laneway. Cars exiting MUST reverse back into the car park if they see a car entering the laneway from Howth Road. Please be patient and help to avoid a serious accident.

Ladies Time Tennis every Wednesday. This is a Ladies Doubles Social Tennis Event held every Wednesday at 10:00 am and which is rarely upset by the weather!! Carmel Gillespie is in charge. New Members are most welcome to come along.

Premier Fit Newsletter JUNE 6

Hey Everyone,
Another great week in the books, everyone working hard for those summer bodies in the classes this week (as always!).

This newsletter is mainly to dish out the details for a fitness competition we will hold two weeks from now on Saturday June 15th “Sutton’s Fittest Member” instead of the usual 10am boot camp class and 11.30 am spin class.

From 10am to 12noon we will have several’ yet to be announced’ events where you will be pitted against your peers, meaning we will have a few categories.

Male and Female, 18-28 and 29+ (depending on attending numbers we may divide out into more age categories, but for our members ages is just a number you’re all incredibly hard working, stronger and fitter than you give yourselves credit for)

The type of thing we will have you do “could be”
50 kettlebell swings
25 squat trusts
25m x 4 sprint

Fastest time wins with kettlebell weight taken into account in tie break situation.

There will be prizes in each category and we will have Starbucks over on the day sampling some of the new healthier drinks for the summer menu alongside the old reliable coffee and some tasty cakes and treats as a well deserved reward for the hard work you will have all put in.

There will be a Sign up sheet in the Gym tomorrow please put your name down so we can plan space and timing. Any questions fire them on to mattblazeonline@gmail.com with subject “Sutton’s fittest member”
