The New York State Department of Health invites NYC Article 28 programs to participate in the Hepatitis C Quality of Care Program (eHEPQUAL)eHEPQUAL is a web-based application designed to capture data and generate reports that enable health care providers to assess the quality of care provided to patients living with hepatitis C.
