Participate in Hep C Quality Management Program


The New York State Department of Health invites NYC Article 28 programs to participate in the Hepatitis C Quality of Care Program (eHEPQUAL). eHEPQUAL is a web-based application designed to capture data and generate reports that enable health care providers to assess the quality of care provided to patients living with hepatitis C. For more information, check the NYS website here and email ehepqual@health.ny.gov.
