Real Estate Market Update

According to the Housing Supply Overview from the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors, pending sales in the region were up 5.8 percent overall for the period spanning May 2018 through April 2019. Sales remain steady in the higher price ranges, while first-time buyer markets are extremely competitive. Market-wide, inventory levels were up 4.8 percent amounting to 5.5 months supply for single-family homes and 5.1 months supply for condos.

Join us on the banks of Broad Creek for a picnic and a sunset serenade at the pavilion in Shelter Cove Community Park. Beaufort Dragonboat Race Day
Dragonboat Beaufort is hosting its 7th annual DragonBoat Race Day at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park in beautiful downtown Beaufort. This fun-filled event is enjoyed by participants and spectators alike. Dragonboat races start at 8:00 am, and teams of paddlers will race on the Beaufort River throughout the day in search of victory and more importantly, to raise money for local cancer patients.
