 Dear PCF friends,

We remind you that the deadline is approaching. So, we kindly ask you to fill up the questionnaire, if you wish to help us out. 

As we said in the last Newsletter, we would like to collect information about the current level of use by practitioners of IT-systems for emergency and responde planning. Therefore, we encourage you to fill in the questionnaire. 

Pau Costa Foundation is the leading partner for the Stakeholder Management in the EU funded Project HEIMDALL. Jointly with colleagues from Avanti Communication and the University of Tübingen.

The objective of this questionnaire is to capture information regarding the following:
  1. Existing IT-based solutions currently in use by emergency services and civil protection agencies for disaster management and response planning
  2. Specific benefits offered by HEIMDALL in comparison to other existing solutions from end-user's perspective.
  3. End-users' perspective on how HEIMDALL products and services could improve the state-of-the-art.
  4. Legal and operational matters, if any, that could hinder the uptake of HEIMDALL and/or a similar system.
DEADLINE: JUNE 30th 
We hope the responses from the questionnaire will help us better model the commercialisation roadmap for HEIMDALL products and services. So please include as much information as possible according to your area of expertise and/or experience.
 
Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. In case a question is not applicable to you or you prefer not to answer for confidentiality reason, please leave the answer blank.

The data provided will only be used for modelling the commercialisation roadmap for HEIMDALL. Only Avanti Communications Plc will have access to the data collected. The information will be kept strictly confidential and stored in an encrypted container. We only intend to publish summarised data, made available to the consortium and the European Commission. We have endeavoured to the best of our ability to comply with data protection and privacy policy. The collected data will be permanently deleted once HEIMDALL project finishes in October 2020.
