Love4Lucas Fest is tomorrow, June 8th, 11am-3pm at PRES!! Click here for more information. Note that there will be overflow parking on the upper fields at PRES. Cash is preferred for all transactions,  thank you!

Field Day

Field Day will be on Friday, June 14th (rain date is Monday, June 17th) and is fast approaching. Lots of volunteers are needed to make this event successful. Please click here to sign up, thank you! 
Garden Update: 2nd and 5th Grade

Last week 5G helped weed and plant sunflowers in the garden.

PTA Thank You Party for ALL MEMBERS!

The PTA Board would like to invite all members of the PRES PTA to join us at the end-of-year Thank You Party at Conant Hall on June 18th at 7pm.  This is a casual get together where the Board is able to thank the Committee Chairs and all of the volunteers who helped at all of our events and activities this year! We hope to see you there!
Courtyard Dedication

We are so grateful to the Pound Ridge Car Show, The Market at Pound Ridge Square, the Pound Ridge PBA, Billy Fortin and Mike Armistead for their generous donation to the PRES PTA. It was thanks to this donation that we were able to renovate the interior courtyard at PRES, which will be used as an outdoor learning space for teachers and their classes.  

We are also very grateful to The Pound Ridge Partnership, who has chosen the PRES courtyard as one of their beautification projects for PRIDE Day this weekend. 

We hope that PRES students and their families can join us for a short ceremony dedicating our new courtyard after school on Wednesday, June 19th.  
Order Next Year's School Supplies!!

To order your 2019-20 supplies online: 
1. Visit here between now and June 26th, 2019
2. Click on "Parents Login" (located on the right of the home page), and log in using the following information:
    Username: PoundRidge 
    Password: pres2019
*(case sensitive, so please type exactly as written) 
3. Once on the PRES page, follow the instructions to place an order (reminder - this is for NEXT YEAR, not your child's current grade level). 
4. The deadline to order supplies is June 26th, 2019.   You can not order supplies past this date.  No "extra" kits will be available for purchase over the summer or in September.   This is a hard deadline.
5. If you miss the deadline (we will send reminders), you will have to purchase your child's school supplies yourself. 
 
 ATTENTION CURRENT FIRST GRADE PARENTS: The Second Grade Team requires specific folders. Even if you are not purchasing a supply kit for Grade Two, PLEASE PURCHASE THE GRADE 2 FOLDER PACKAGE. 
 
ATTENTION CURRENT THIRD GRADE PARENTS: Every Fourth Grade Student is required to have the Student Planner. Even if you are not purchasing a supply kit for Grade Four, PLEASE ORDER THE GRADE 4 STUDENT PLANNER.

School supply kits are delivered directly to your child's classroom in time for the first day of school in September 2019.

Recruiting Class Parents for 2019-20

Garden Committee and Green Committee Looking for New Members!

Looking to get involved?  Join the PRES Garden Committee or the Green Committee.  The Garden Committee needs to begin prepping for a spring planting with each grade.  Please contact Victoria Gardezi if you are interested in the Garden Committee or Sarah Douglis if you are interested in the Green Committee.  Thank you!
