What better way to feel good about your own self than to give to someone in need? Opportunities to make a difference in another person's life abound. You just have to know where to look. If you have not done so, go to the volunteer hub and create an account. You can specify causes that you are particularly interested in. Then when a volunteer need for one of those causes is posted, you will receive an email to let you know. Or you can just browse all the opportunities available, and with just a click, you can register to help.

Life Choices Pregnancy Care Center in Columbus needs volunteers in two capacities:
(1) Church Liaisons/Ambassadors:
In this position, you would be instrumental in connecting your church with Life Choices and events pertaining to life. You would create opportunities to organize your church to pray for and support the center through material needs and/or financially. Help spread the word about Life Choices to your church community. (2) Peer Counselors:
They are looking for a committed Christian woman who is interested in training to fulfill this position. Peer counselors listen to clients without passing judgment and offer a full range of parenting options to help clients make an informed decision. They ask for a commitment of at least two to three hours each week so you can work with the same clients throughout their pregnancy.
