KATS with a K
At the end of last year, we wrote about our favorite people management skill that we think rules above them all: KATS with a K. It's a straight forward and easy to remember framework that takes the guesswork out of feedback for both the giver and the receiver by simply advising that feedback should always be Kind, Actionable, Timely, and Specific. Sometimes that's easier said than done though - which is why we've decided to follow up on last year's blog post with a video to walk you through the steps and importance of being KATS-like!
