Board of Trustees Election
Voting closes at noon this Friday, 7 June. To be counted, voting papers need to be returned in the provided envelope. As per the email sent out to parents yesterday, NZ Post has advised they cannot guarantee that envelopes will be date stamped or delivered by the correct date.
I, therefore, suggest you hand deliver these to the office voting box before Friday, noon. Those who are attending parent interviews tonight would be able to pop them into the voting box then. This is your chance to have your say in electing a body of people who will set the direction of the school for the next three years.

Photolife Individual photos
Students have been given their shoot key today to enable you to make online purchases through Photolife. Each photo has a unique code specific to your child, so please keep the shoot key in a safe place. If you wish to view and order photos, the website to visit is www.photolife.co.nz
The deadline for free delivery is Sunday 23 June. For those of you who wish to pay cash, we have a few envelopes available for collection in the office.
Entertainment Books
We are currently finalising the last of the Entertainment Book sales. Please if you still have a book in your possession can you either purchase it, using details provided in the envelope, or return it to school in the envelope provided to be scanned. If you are still able to sell books this would be great. Digital copiers are most popular and our best salesperson currently has sold five copies. Well done, we do have prizes for those who have made a special effort. Thanks so much if you have assisted with this fundraising venture. We are looking forward to completing it.
Pool Keys
Please return your pool keys to the office.

It's been two weeks since the Disco and the PTA are back in planning mode for the next event – watch this space - details coming soon. We have recently approved a few playground improvements, including some new toys for the junior sandpit and providing rubber matting around the base of the Rotating Wall and the Rokotopus in the playground outside Rooms 5-8, which should keep the area (and the kids!) a bit cleaner and safer. I hope everyone enjoyed a relaxing long weekend and are managing to keep the winter ills at bay.
The next PTA meeting is Monday 10 June at 9am in the staffroom – all welcome.
