Opportunities to inform RDR's communications & community engagement
The Regional Diversity Roundtable (RDR) is rolling out an extensive community consultation building on our 2018-2022 Strategic Plan.
In the coming months, RDR will hold consultations to:
assess the effectiveness of current communications tools and methods;
identify areas for growth and opportunities for improvement; and
evaluate our work for equity, inclusion and efficacy in process and outcomes.
You will receive invitations to one or more opportunities to provide feedback, through focus groups, surveys and interviews.
This research aligns with key priorities in RDR's 5-year Strategic Plan launched in 2018/19. Specifically, it will support our goals to: (1) build sustainability of RDR’s work, (2) grow advocacy and influence, (3) strengthen marketing and communications, and (4) create a community impact strategy.
As always, we rely on your engagement and collaboration to collectively build a Peel Region that is as inclusive and equitable at all levels as it is diverse.
