Greetings to everyone from CEEA 2019!
 
We are looking forward to welcoming each and every one of you to Ottawa in a few days. In the meantime, I wanted to offer you some information to help you organize your visit.
 

1. Your principal source of information for sessions, meetings and events will be the Guidebook app that is now available. Simply download the app to your phone and search for the guide using the passphrase CEEA2019ottawa. (There is also a web version for those of you who prefer computer access.) The Committee will do its best to keep the Guidebook up to date, so please be sure to synchronize your downloaxded version regularly.
2. For those of you participating in the Institutes or Project Buildathon on Saturday, please register on the main floor of the STEM building starting at 8AM. Both sets of workshops start at 8:45AM in STEM – room locations and floor maps can be found in the Guidebook.
3. The Sunday workshops are all held in the CRX building with registration confirmation on the main floor. Details concerning the workshops are available in the Guidebook.
4. Sunday evening we will be holding a welcome BBQ – details are ibn the Guidebook.
5. Breakfast and morning registrations start at 7:30 AM each day in CRX. As well, on Monday there will be several SIG meetings over the breakfast time slot. Again, the exact time slots and room locations for these meetings, along with CRX floor maps, can be found in the Guidebook.
6. The conference begins each day at 9 AM and will feature a keynote speaker as the first presentation of the day in CRX C140.
7. All technical sessions are held in CRX. Please refer to the Guidebook for the exact schedule of each paper session and track.
8. The lunches on Monday and Tuesday will be in the STEM building. For Wednesday, we will be offering a boxed lunch in CRX just prior to the afternoon’s AGM.
