- Groveway Senior Citizens Day way fabulous! We played bingo, had conversations, and were able to tell stories about our beloved friends Jackie and her husband George. George passed away in a car accident last week, we are very sorry, but joyful to have had the opportunity to know him. We remember George as one our most committed group members, he was a member of the RHA Tenants Council, a great singer and a kind gentleman.His sweet memories will be always in our hearts. It is at these times we realize how close we are as neighboors, we feel like family.
- Chess Club came to an end for this school year.Thank you to coaches Jack, Courtney, and Patty for such a great year. Please enjoy some pictures.
- Thank you to Esther Campos and Eleida Fleming who came to help Pastor Mary during the funeral of a young mother from Aspen Pointe. Your support to our community especially to the Hernandez family is very appreciated.

- SSOC continues celebrating the graduation of Noshafree Rahini from Cambridge HS and Daphne Charles from Centennial HS. We are all very proud and excited for these young women and we wish them best in their future endeavors.
- Platinum SOPA will be presenting at SSOC this week and we feel this will be a great opportunity for our students to have exposure to the performing arts. We anticipate great enthusiasm this Thursday!
- We are running NAM’s students and volunteer registration for VBS. Thank you Emily Flury for helping coordinate between children’s ministry and NAM, and for securing transportation for all our community’s children, to Donna Brodsky for your diligence in helping entering registration to the website, and to the children ministry staff and volunteers for always being so supportive to our community. Together we make a great team!

- Next week we are starting our Summer Arts Program at the Grove Way Community. We are all very excited and we believe this will be an opportunity for many RPC members to become involved in the production of the Grove Way to Broadway show, which is scheduled to happen here at RPC Gymnasium on Friday, August 2. Stay tuned for more information to come.
- VBS Volunteer training coming up next Wednesday, June 3, at 6:30 pm.
