The end of the financial year is fast approaching and now is the time to reflect on the 12 months that have passed and get ready for another busy year ahead.
As part of Council’s commitment to continuously improving its service delivery for our community, next week we will launch our annual Community Satisfaction Survey.
The Community Satisfaction Survey is one of many opportunities residents have to provide feedback and tell us what we’re getting right and where we can do better.
Residents will be able to rate Council’s performance in waste, facilities, development applications, parks and gardens and other key areas of Council.
In addition, we are currently running the Library Satisfaction Survey, which will help us measure our patrons’ satisfaction with the libraries services and facilities.
Port Stephens Libraries have been rated exceptionally well in the past and we want the libraries’ users to tell us if we are continuing on the right track.
I would encourage everyone to complete the surveys as the feedback we receive is essential to ensure we continue to meet the needs of the community and provide high quality services.
