• This highly experiential two-day programme draws on pioneering techniques and cutting-edge research in the development and application of mindfulness and compassion at work.
• It supports participants to develop their own Mindful Compassionate Coaching approach, a holistic approach nurturing and developing mind, body & heart in coach, client and beyond.
• The programme explores the theory and application of mindfulness and compassion at work through coaching, combining a lively introduction to theory with an emphasis on application and practice.
• After models and theories are presented, participants apply concepts in exercises and practices with their colleagues in pairs, triads and groups.
