Hey Everybody,
I hope you’ve had another amazing week and are getting into the summer spirit with the weather improving (for the most part.) We are getting nice and busy with the morning classes in the Gym now so make sure and pre-book classes where possible to avoid missing out on a class you really want to jump into.
One little thing I would like to address regarding gym etiquette. Putting Your Weights Back. In the last couple of weeks the free weight area has gotten busier (no doubt people thinking about summertime and looking their best) it is fantastic to see so many people taking training more seriously. But there have been more people either not putting weights back or putting them in the wrong place, so please take care to put anything you use back where it is meant to be.
On the other side of things as it is getting busier on the gym floor there will be more need for everyone to work together. If you’re taking longer rest periods or super-setting exercises please allow others to jump in and use the equipment between sets where possible and if anyone needs guidance on a training plan please speak to our Staff to book in an assessment. Available times will vary week to week.

It's an article we thought you could benefit from with the upcoming bank holiday weekend, it's all about not letting the weekend take away from all your hard work on the fitness goals during the week. and regarding the bank holiday Monday, we will be open Friday hours 7am - 9pm classes as normal)
