May 30, 2019

Dear ISL Families,

We have come to the close of a wonderful school year! I have thoroughly enjoyed working with each of your children and each of you! This year seemed to fly! It seems just like yesterday that we had our new kindergartners coming in being nervous and not understanding Spanish at all. Now look at them! It is so much fun hearing them talk and understand all that is being said. Wow!!

I am going to be very sad to see our 5th graders leaving the Westbank campus. I am very excited however, to see them embarking in a new chapter of their lives. I wish them the best. Please be sure to come and visit when possible. Each of you are so bright and full of potential. I can't wait to see what wonderful things you will do in the years to come.

Thank you to all of the parents who did so much for our school. We appreciate the parents and grandparents who helped out with making costumes, backdrops, volunteering at our Winter Holiday party, Family Fun Night, assemblies, field trips, class parties, and so much more. We couldn't do all of these wonderful things without each of you!!!  We truly are so lucky to have such a great community with each of you in it.

One last reminder, please be sure to check the calendar and Important School info. section to the right.

Hope to see you all tomorrow for our International Day Parade. Enjoy your summers!!
