It is with much happiness that I am offering for the first time here in our beautiful temple, one of the meditation processes that I love most. It is so pure, so complete, so healing and life-giving:
Mystic Flower 7-Day Meditation Intensive

This powerful yet simple process is adapted from the Mystic Rose 21-day meditation process originally developed by Osho in 1988. The process has been condensed to 7 days to be more accessible for everyone. It is designed so that you can to attend to your daily life while still gleaning all the benefit. Or come from wherever you are in the world for a fabulous Meditation Vacation!
We have on-site camping accommodation with all amenities.
The Mystic Flower consists of the following cycles each day:
10 mins Shaking to loosen & empty body/mind
40 mins of Laughter
40 mins of Tears
5 mins of Toning to balance & settle the body/mind
40 mins of silence and witnessing
20 mins of Singing/Chanting
Each phase of the process is supported by music sensitively interspersed.
At the end of the evening, directly to bed for a night of deep integrative sleep ~ A Yoga Nidra practice.
