Deux Belletes is much more than a wedding venue, it is the vision and passion of a family embarking on an ambitious ecological strategy to create a charming guesthouse. Today, nearly 40 years later, this farmhouse and outbuildings are a rare example of “slow building”.

thing about opening your French doors to wedding couples to exchange their vows?
A: Our couples get to experience the ambience and the delights of a European environment without a 24 hour flight. We get to share a little bit of Provence right here in the Northern Rivers.
HOW DO YOU….
manage the constant upkeep / wear and tear of the property?
A: The property is French in style and is built to look centuries old at deux belettes. The time worn wares are beautiful and tranquil to the eye. We are built to look old and so this is in our favour, it does have a huge amount of work with upkeep but it is a labour of love.

A: The constant expectation of social media.

A: I think word of mouth referrals are so rewarding as they come with couples that have had good experiences shared with them at deux belettes.
To also have been able to operate successfully as a wedding venue for more than 20 years while having a conscientious rapport with our neighbours and our local environment.
