Dear <<First Name>>,

This month I don’t even know where to begin. God’s goodness has been overwhelming in unexpected ways. We worked really hard this month, but beautiful things are happening, and I am so aware that we can not even think of addressing certain things without the love and power of Father God in our lives. The second part of our partnerships is that people like you are partnering with and praying for us! Thankfulness overwhelms my heart!

This morning I came across a scripture that really spoke to my heart, so I thought I’d share it and leave it to Holy Spirit to encounter your heart!

'My heart spills over with thanks to God for the way he continually empowers me, and to our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, who found me trustworthy and who authorized me to be his partner in this ministry. Mercy kissed me, even though I used to be a blasphemer, a persecutor of believers, and a scorner of what turned out to be true. I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was doing. I was flooded with such incredible grace, like a river overflowing its banks, until I was full of faith and love for Jesus, the Anointed One! I can testify that the Word is true and deserves to be received by all, for Jesus Christ came into the world to bring sinners back to life—even me, the worst sinner of all! Yet I was captured by grace, so that Jesus Christ could display through me the outpouring of his Spirit as a pattern to be seen for all those who would believe in him for eternal life.' 1 Timothy 1:12-16 TPT

  • Opening of a Worship Centre

It’s been on our hearts for a while now, to have weekly meetings on Sundays for our homeless brothers. We have been working towards this, the past few months and it seemed as if doors just didn’t want to and then, suddenly God opened the doors for a and a PA system, all in one week. Our volunteers pulled together to go clean out the premises and we will systematically make it look nice, but we are starting this coming Sunday, 2 June 2019 with our very first service. Yes, it’s kinda like a church, but I feel God is calling it a Worship Centre, so just to see , because currently, we really don’t have enough people to help us, and most definitely not a fully committed worship team.

Times that you need to commit, would be on Sundays 15:00 – 18:30 at least.
We also handing out food afterwards.

We are super excited to see what God is about to do with our homeless friends! I’m trusting God to set a fire ablaze inside of them that will set them free from the bondages that is keeping them on the streets and that it will be a new generation of people full of fire for Jesus Christ, walking in their full freedom that Jesus paid the price for!
  • OUTSURANCE Winter Warmer project!
I had a call on Friday morning, to inform me that the OUTsurance staff would like to do an outreach with us, this coming Tuesday evening. This the fourth year that they us, with loving the people on the streets, caring for them with a hot meal and some winter items, to help fight of the cold!

  • Winter Worship, Family Day

Our worship & family day amazing! There is nothing that bonds people like Godly fellowship around a braai and then having the opportunity to be lost in God’s presence! Thank you all for attending and those that helped make the day possible

  • Feet on the street
During the last month, we saw God touching people real deep on an emotional level! Where we still see incredible healings happening, but we’ve seen people reconnect with their families and friends, because they are starting to take up the call to forgive and ask for forgiveness. It’s beautiful to witness the life coming into our friends on the streets’ hearts. Transforming from someone not having hope, to a people that is full of hope and life.
  • Blanket drive
We are so thankful for the overwhelming response that we had with this blanket drive! We handed out 200 blankets in two various locations we are ministering at. The blankets found new owners very quickly and Wednesday evening when we had Open Church service, one or two of the guys sat there with their blankets wrapped around them.

We made a short video to capture some of the moments we had on the streets handing out blankets!

Testimonies:

  • We have so many testimonies this month, but the one that stands out to me personally is one that happened two weeks ago. This man fell over a fence, and it ripped open his abdomen and it was too far to get to a hospital. As he was walking, blood came out where the fence ripped him open.I was contemplating to just get my car take him to the hospital I felt to trust God to at least pain. Two of my friends and I prayed for him and after the second time we prayed for the pain, he suddenly walked up straight and told us that the blood stopped coming out of his . I was caught off guard, because this is not something I thought could happen. We saw him this week he like a new person!
  • Equipment needed
Last month, God was speaking to me about equipment that we needed and that I had to find out prices for it etc.
  1. We had on our hearts to look at a sound system. We set up a list of what we thought we needed, and I can already testify that within a week and a half’s time of that list being drawn up, the brand-new equipment was delivered to my house! I am astounded by God’s goodness! #thankfulness
  2. We are still doing research and are busy drawing up a list of camera equipment that we need, but we know it needs to be small; minimally invasive and needs to be able to record in darker settings.
Regular events:

Prayer points:
  • Worship Centre – that we will be in sync with what Jesus is doing
  • That more people will except Jesus and be filled with the Holy Spirit
  • It is especially heavy on my heart this year to explore a skill development centre and get it going to have a lasting effect.
  • We are trusting for financial breakthroughs so that we can put more guys through drug rehab (a 12 Month program). Adopt a “Junky” Giving back a Person
  • Pray for me. I need wisdom to do everything that God is placing on my heart. Time management and financial management in particular. I want to be a good steward of what is given to me to be done.
  • Pray for radical obedience and open doors to walk into the obedience
  • We are trusting God to clean the city of all foreign God’s and practices that does not honour Him.
  • Hands and feet to connect, to help to connect the homeless into employment and skills development opportunities.
  • I am praying for a base to work from with the homeless, so that we can work on their skill levels and find jobs for them.
  • I’m trusting for property where I can base missionaries & have a safe place for the people, we help off the streets to find their feet again.
  • That more people will start to pray & fast for revival in our nation.
Thank you for your continued prayer support and love! We as Kingdom Culture can’t walk alone, and we know that you are praying for us! Thank you!

Many blessings
