Common Area Wall Maintenance
The board has been working on getting the common area block walls repaired and painted. It's taken some time to get repair quotes together, but you should begin to see some maintenance work on the walls in June.
We're hoping to have proposals to consider for repainting the walls at the June board meeting, and with some luck we'll approve one of them for work in July. We'll keep you posted in this email list and on the web site.

Having a Party?? Yay!!
Some of you have taken advantage of the greenbelt areas when hosting parties. It's a great idea, and open to any Rio Crossing owner or resident! There's room for bouncy castles, games, tables and chairs, and more. We ask that you take the time to clean up when you're done... someone else might be using the area later that day or the next.
If you'll contact us at least 3 days in advance, we'll make sure the irrigation system is off on the day of your event. You can contact our community manager, use the Feedback page on our web site, or simply reply to this email.
