After saving a prince from drowning, a mermaid embraces a life of extreme self-sacrifice to win his love and gain an immortal soul. Based off of the original Hans Christian Anderson's "The Little Mermaid." A complete text with 12 black and white illustrations done in chalk pastel on paper.
Trade Edition
A 60 page signed 6x9 hardcover book with a gold foil stamped cloth cover and spine. Lovely 200msg paper that displays rich contrast and beautiful detail. It will be printed with the amazing people over at Art Order.
Collector’s Edition
A 40 page signed and numbered 8x11 hardcover lay-flat coffee table book with a handmade paper foil press cover and spin. The title is displayed on the spine and the first interior page. The 100lb bright white matte paper has a UV finish that protects against light, water, moisture, airborne contaminants and fingerprints. It is archival, made from eco-friendly materials, and will support a local business 10 mins from my home. I’ll be there for the entire process, which is fantastic. I’m going all out and making this exactly how I want. The lay-flat design has no gutter and will display the artwork in the finest way.

How do I navigate the Kickstarter website?
On a desktop, the “Rewards” are on the right and that's where you make your purchase. On a mobile phone, select “Rewards” at the top of the navigation bar.
All or Nothing.
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding website. Meaning I have a funding goal that must be met before I can manufacture the books. Only when I reach my goal will the project actually happen and you get your beautiful book. It’s up to you as to whether this project lives or dies. When funded, I’ll finish everything and send it off to the printers in August. All books will be shipped to customers no later than early December. Just in time for the holidays.
