SUMMER 2019 | AT A GLANCE
Port Report: Seattle, Tacoma, Bremerton & Everett

Port operations in the Puget Sound region are typically associated with maritime activities: moving cargo and operating marinas. Our local ports are also managers and developers of significant commercial and industrial real estate. Get an overview of port real estate holdings and activities and their impact on our regional economy from the experts: local port leaders.

July Breakfast
The industrial market is still hot, but how hot is it and which markets are seeing the most change? This breakfast event will showcase the “white hot,” the hot and the emerging markets from the north, south, and east Puget Sound. We’ll discuss markets with little to no vacancy, markets that have grown the most in previous years, and markets that may be prominent in the near future.  After the breakfast, the event continues with a tour of the Southport campus.
