Brigham and Women's Study Results

Dr. Peter Chai and his research team presented the results from interviews with subjects participating in the study to understand technology optimization factors for digital pills.  The results were presented at the poster session of the IAPAC meeting held in Miami on June 18.
etectRx and Qualicaps Extend Strategic Relationship

After several years of working collaboratively with Qualicaps, we are extending our strategic relationship to further develop our ID-Cap technology and explore digital pharma market opportunities. To mark this next phase, Qualicaps will display our ID-Cap System next month at the 21st INTERPHEX Week in Japan from July 3-5.
New Patents Announcement

We are proud to share the news that we were issued two patents this year for “Electronic Medication Compliance Monitoring System and Associated Methods” and a "System for Ingestion Event Monitoring and Method for Detecting Ingestion Events with High Accuracy.” These patent issuances provide protection to etectRx's unique, proprietary technology worldwide.
Interested in our Technology?
The ID-Cap System is currently only available for investigational use in IRB-approved clinical studies. A premarket notification (510(k)) application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its ID-Cap System as an ingestible event marker was submitted in late 2018 and we expect clearance in 2019.
