We are approaching the deadline for members to appear in 2019 Green Building Directory! With 30,000 copies distributed at 100 spots in Western North Carolina, this directory is a great way to share your company's unique offerings in the broader community as well as position your brand for high visibility in a targeted demographic.

Act now to confirm your membership is current or place an ad before next week's deadline to appear!
  • Become a member. Whether you're joining for the first time or renewing after a lapse, there's no better time to become a member and benefit from all the marketing exposure. NOTE: Your membership must be current as of July 1 to be included.
     
  • Place an ad or enhance your listing. Review ad details and a rate sheet, then save your space by emailing hylah@smokymountainnews.com.

Built inside the Olivette Riverside Community and Farm agrihood, Mary's home was certified by our nonprofit's Green Built Homes program as a platinum net zero project and also won the Asheville Home Builders Association's Green Certification Award last fall as part of the 2018 Parade of Homes.

The Parade of Homes is Asheville’s largest showcase and tour of residential homes.

As a partner of the Asheville Home Builders Association on this event, our nonprofit's Green Built Homes program offers a 20 percent discount on certification registration to any Parade entry.

(Protip: Builders also receive two additional points on our Green Built Homes checklist for participating in a Parade!)
