- ASAP: If you have not yet activated your NetID, ESTHER account, and Rice Google Mail, do as soon as possible. All future email will be sent to your Rice email account only.
- Missed the July 1 Health Data Form Deadline: If you have not submitted the required Student Health Forms, a hold has been placed on your ESTHER account. To remove the hold, you must submit your completed forms (a physical is required) to Student Health Services at hlsv@rice.edu.
- By August 31: Register or waive Rice Student Health Insurance. Open enrollment started July 9; review your options here.
- By October 1: Complete required online trainings.
- By October 1: Submit your final transcripts.
- Regularly: Check your Rice email. IT help can be found here.
