Her company’s app – Savonix Mobile – is making notoriously pricey neurocognition screenings available to the masses, improving prevention and treatment of dementias like Alzheimer’s. Within five years, she and her team of neuroscientists and gaming experts at Savonix have raised $16.2 million to fund a digital upgrade to the classic pen and paper neurocognitive tests. And she’s just getting started. This year, the company embarks on a landmark population health study into brain health.
