Netspark June 2019 Update for TAG

B"H
Hi, We hope you are all doing well and had a nice Yom Tov.
Here are our latest updates.

Updates in the Netspark portal:
  • Image protection level in the “Custom list”
We have added the option to set a separate protection level for images in the custom list. Each item in the custom list will now have two protection levels, a general protection level, and image protection level. This is similar to the options in the “Protection settings (categories)” tab. See screenshot
  • Search App or URL to see its category
In the “Protection settings (categories)” tab, you can now check the categorization of Apps or URLs. See screenshot
The results include the category of the App/URL and the protection level which the category is set, for the current device.
Please note that these features are still being worked on and some changes will come later. Any feedback on them will be greatly appreciated and can be sent to Nachman Schneck.
  • Timetable
In the "Time table" tab, we have added a "full day" checkbox. If you check this box and save - then a time table rule will take effect for the entire day.
Updates in other areas:
  • iOS tweaks for better performance
The iOS team have been hard at work to refine the Netspark for iOS experience.
As announced on Slack, a new version of the iOS uninstall protection configurator has been released. Please make sure you are using the new version (1.2).
  • Safer Telegram!
Released!  The new feature for the safer usage of Telegram has been released and we have received a very lot of positive feedback.
How to set it: When the "Chat category" is set on Moderate or Strict the Telegram app will open Netspark’s custom web version of Telegram. This will not allow any media (basically it will allow only text, no pictures, videos, voice notes, music) and will also not allow any searching. Please note that the text is NOT filtered.
Currently this does not work when Telegram is in the custom list on any level.
  • Bug fix - Bundle requests
A device that belongs to a bundle (where only the content settings are managed by TAG) - Requests sent by the user will now go to the content manager and not to the financial manager.
  • Bug fix - Netspark Search
Fixed the issue where after a change the search switched to Netspark search instead of Google Safe search.
Windows Special Offer!
  • As announced in Slack, we are running a promotion for users that were using the K9 Filter and switch to the Netspark filter for PC, just by entering the coupon JUNEPC in the signup page, they will save 10% off the first 12 months! That is a great price for a great product!
This has been a great success B’H and we would like to thank all TAG representatives who have promoted Netspark to the customers coming into TAG International centers worldwide.
NOTE: This offer is only valid until June 30, 2019.

We are confident you will all enjoy the new features included in this update (and the others too) and we wish you, all the best!
הצלחה רבה וכל טוב
