By now, most of your kids or grandkids are out of school, you've likely planned a family vacation/staycation, and summer is basically in full swing. Our challenge to you for the summer is to ask yourself how you plan to truly engage in REST for at least some portion of summer. We get deeper into that in this week's blog post.
