• All of our additional Wimbledon tickets have now been allocated - thank you for your replies! They will be sent to the club and we will be in touch once we receive them. 
• The bridge course has come to an end so next week we will be offering you the chance to play bridge in our bar. Full details here.
• We have a mini Red and Green match play event this weekend. See below for details.
• Friday mix-in - Please do let us have your views here. You have until Tuesday and we will then take a view. 11am-1pm and 1pm-3pm seem to be the front runners so far. 
• Anton Metusevich will be coming to do some pre-Wimbledon training here at TWLTC on 17 and 18 June (weather permitting).  Further details here! Alison will email out on Monday should the timings etc change.
• A reminder that it is the TWCC festival from 17-20 June. There will be no parking in the Nevill Gate car park but you will be able to park in the car park closest to the club for these dates only.
• Filming will also be taking place in July. Details here.

• Grass Courts & matches:  please check the white board outside the clubhouse before going on court at the weekend to check whether a match has been booked in advance.  This weekend, there are matches on Saturday at 11am and on Sunday at 11am.

• We are advised that when the courts are being dragged, members should start right at the back of the court to bring more sand back onto the courts. You should also drag as wide as you can to bring sand in from the edges. Please also drag in a spiral motion. Further details below.

1. Please collect your child from the court 1 gate at the end of the session.

2. Please supervise all younger children not attending the session, particularly in relation to hitting balls onto our grass courts or running on the grass.

3. Please buy your hot dog/burger/pasta pot between 4 and 5pm if possible.

4.Please ensure that your child brings a refillable water bottle with them as we are no longer providing plastic cups.

5. We do have some sun cream available but it would be good if they are already wearing some!
 

A polite reminder for captains of home matches to contact the away teams the week of the match to confirm arrangements.
