New open map of Curo estates

The new Curo Estates Map shows in one place the boundaries of all Curo's estates along with the grounds, roads, streetlights and pavements we're responsible for maintaining. The map clarifies which assets belong to Curo and in Bath & North East Somerset we've also listed the local council-owned streetlights. Feel free to use this open resource.

Can you help us deliver new homes?

Our house-building programme is going from strength to strength, with a Homes England Strategic Partnership secured, giving us capacity to deliver 1,067 homes by 2024 with Swan Housing Association - that's in addition to our existing development pipelines. We're looking for partners so please get in touch if you'd like to help us deliver these much-needed new homes. Get in touch with Sarah Maylor, Deputy Managing Director of Curo’s house-building business.
