Grant expands exhibit project   
The GHPL Mobile Exhibits project has been expanded to six Ohio libraries thanks to a library grant. Read more about the interactive, museum-quality exhibits that are designed to inspire wonder and science-based learning at these libraries. Each "Nature Wonders" exhibit features specimens and educational content from the Museum of Biological Diversity at The Ohio State University 

Summer Campy Movies are Back
Monday, June 17 & 24, 6:30 pm
By popular demand, the library brings back the camp. Hey, everybody needs a break from quality sometimes. Join us for these delightfully bad flicks.

MUSIC: Whirlybirds
Tuesday, June 18, 7:30-8:30 pm
Enjoy fun, high-energy New Orleans-style Dixieland and pre-WWII era jazz with Whirlybirds. Part of the 34th Annual Music on the Lawn outdoor concert series at the library.

Family Interactive Movie Night
Thursday, June 20, 6:30-8 pm
Kids of all ages

Pack a picnic and join us for an interactive movie where toys come to life. Families will be provided with all the props they need to participate with the movie as it progresses. A Youth Services librarian will watch the movie with you and let you know which props to use and what to do with them. Space is limited. Registration required beginning June 6. (Please register each child who is attending individually. No need to register adults.)

MUSIC: The Conspiracy Band
Tuesday, June 25, 7:30-8:30 pm
Don't miss Columbus's outstanding party band The Conspiracy Band at the library. Part of the 34th Annual Music on the Lawn outdoor concert series at the library.

Intro to Screen Printing
Wednesday, June 26, 2-3 pm
Kids grades 4 & up 
Ever wondered exactly how pictures get onto shirts, bags, hats, and more? Join us as we learn to screen print! Participants will print on a drawstring bag that they get to keep. Registration required.

The Turtle Lady
Wednesday, June 26, 6-7 pm
Kids of all ages
Join The Turtle Lady on the library’s east lawn with her reptile and amphibian friends. Learn all about turtles, bearded dragons, snakes, and more. Stick around afterward for a special guest appearance by one of your favorite children’s book characters. No registration required. 

Dungeons & Dragons Club
Saturday, June 29, 1-4 pm 
Grades 6-12 

Learn how to play in the realms of fantasy where everything depends on the roll of the dice and the only limit is your imagination. No registration required. Upcoming dates: July 20, August 10 & 31.

FILM: Dog Days of Summer
Mondays in July, 6:30 pm  
Good dogs. Bad dogs. Even mad dogs. Dogs to adore, dogs to deplore. It's canines galore! Join us for these dog-themed movies.

Summer Stories on the Lawn
Mondays through July 29, 10:15-10:45 am
Kids of all ages can enjoy stories on the lawn on its new day this year - Mondays.
