SEASON 7 / EPISODE 263

Happy Friday!

This week we have part two of my chat with modern dating and relationships coach, Clara Artschwager. If you haven't listened to part one yet, you can find that here. Clara is a writer for The Cut, as well as a registered life coach and nutritionist. I spent the weekend with her at her home in the Hudson Valley where we recorded this conversation.

Last week we chatted about her tips on meeting people IRL and how she became a dating coach. This week, we talk about ghosting, jealousy, and unrequited love.

I love Clara's refreshing take on the often complicated topic of relationships. Hearing about how she helps career driven women take a more empowered and nourishing approach to dating and partnership is such a breath of fresh air! I hope you love this episode as much as I loved recording it.

I’ve always admired Jess as an incredible creative entrepreneur and just genuinely approachable human. She shares so much wisdom and love with the world and in this episode she talks honestly about her Endometriosis(painful and heavy periods), her real time thoughts on launching her book,

social media, and a bunch more. I couldn’t be happier for her to have her first cookbook come out and be able to share that with all of you guys as well.

did you know we have a patreon page? patrons of $5 or more per month have access to monthly journaling themes and prompts. as podcasting as a platform continues to grow (yay!), our sponsorship model is declining and changing and you guys know how much I love change 😬.

I would rather be able to switch to a patron-based model like Tim Ferriss is trying out, so I can continue making the content that feels the most authentic and valuable to both myself and my audience. That said, I'm offering a special new tier on my patreon page for the $10/month and up tier - a quarterly Q&A call (a cozy little fireside chat), but I'll only be able to offer this if we get at least 30 people on this tier. If Let It Out resonates with you and you'd like to see a more direct model, please considering becoming a patron. You can find my page here. Thank you!!

Vitruvi makes the most lovely essential oils and diffusers. I have the ceramic diffuser in white and love to put frankincense and lavender in there to relax after a long day. Their products are so elegant and fit in perfectly with the vibe and decor of my room. Their diffuser and essential oils are so lovely and make great gifts. Check ’em out with the link below.

This week we have a new sponsor – Barukas nuts. Barùkas are a South American nut so ultra-nutritious that it’s fair to say it’s the healthiest nut in the world. I loved chatting with the founder, Darin Olien and learning more about how the company came to be. These nuts are seriously delicious and make a great healthy snack. I loved hearing how much work Darin has put into building a sustainable supply chain in sourcing the nuts that is respectful of the earth and of the indigenous people of South America.

Barùkas is offering Let it Out listeners 15% off their first order with code LET IT OUT at checkout
Thank you so much for reading! Please don't forget to join Let It Out Listener Group on Facebook and donate to our Patreon page to help support the show. I appreciate you!
