Regional Coordinator position
The Global Empowerment Coalition of the Central Okanagan (GECCO) is hiring for the position of Regional Coordinator. GECCO is a not for profit organization that connects, educates, and motivates transformative change in the Okanagan community to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. GECCO is a Chapter of the BC Council for International Cooperation.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sustainability, community and is enthusiastic about making a positive impact. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
The Regional Coordinator position offers $20 an hour and would require a time commitment of 20-40 hours a month, dependent on the organization's event schedule.
Skill Set:
- Online organization and communication
- Administrative skills
- Event planning expertise
- Adept with various social media platforms
- Ability to have a flexible schedule when needed
- Team player
- Self-starter
