ArtHop occurs every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. It’s one of the most active and successful programs organized by the Fresno Arts Council. Museums, studios, galleries and other venues open their exhibitions to the public at 5:00 p.m. and run the free event until 8:00 p.m.

The Betty Rodriguez Library will be featuring the works of Mark Andreason .The artist will have a representative on hand to talk about his art and answer any questions at the reception on June 20th from 5pm-8pm. Virtual Reality tours of art museums will also be available.

Thank you, It was two years ago when a few friends thought that Mark’s work needed a wall! And so he debuted “Beginnings” at Betty Rodriguez Regional Library’s Art of the Journey exhibit. His self-taught skills, using ink pen, have been in development since 1986. Since taking that chance at the library, his work has been featured at Laguna Beach, in London, and tentatively scheduled for Sebastopol. Mark explores themes of independence and freedom. It is his honor that he has been given this opportunity to showcase more of his work where it all began—Betty Rodriguez Regional Library.
