Canberra's Capital Nordic Walkers are invited to join a fun Nordic Winter Solstice Supper starting at 6.00pm on the shortest day of the year - Saturday 22nd June.

The idea is to grab some of the yummy food and drinks on offer from the Gang Gang team (pay as you go) while catching up with fellow NWers and hearing travelers tales from Capital Nordic Walkers who have done fabulous Nordic Walks around the globe - and seeing a selection of their trip photos.

Seating is limited and we need a firm indication of numbers so please RSVP as soon as possible to help with planning.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Directions to the new Downer Shops

From Canberra travel north to Dickson.  From Dickson, travelling north along Antill street, take a left turn into Melba street, following the green sign saying ‘Downer Shops’. Once on Melba Street turn right onto Bonython street at the round about. Take the next left turn along Frencham Street. The first left turn into Frencham Place will take you into the Downer Shops.

For free parking, continue behind to the front of the shops.

What type of food and drinks are available?

Gang Gang Cafés delicious menu for all day breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. They have a range of Vegetarian options and can cater for Gluten Free requirements.
