This past week was a busy one for many of the Su Refugio Mission participants and their supporters! Here is few numbers we'd like to share with you...
- 5 "Pill Packing Parties" packed over 60,000 pills & 77 different medications for our Peru Mission
- 36 Followers of Christ from the U.S. will partner with Su Refugio in Peru & Paraguay
- Our Peru team will partner with 9 more Believers from Kids Around the World to build a playground
- Our missions team prepared for several days of VBS to reach hundreds of Paraguayan and Peruvian children with the Gospel
- Our dedicated staff members will receive Su Refugio t-shirts and small appreciation gifts
- The playground to be built by our missions team arrived in Lima yesterday and will bless hundreds of children in one of poorest barrios in Peru
- 270,000 Meals (arriving June 30th) will nourish empty bellies and hungry souls in the name of Jesus
- We are bringing gifts from our U.S. sponsors to all of our 19 girls and boys in our Children's Home
Father, As we prepare to love orphans and widows in many practical ways, we ask that You prepare our hearts to love them in a supernatural, Spirit-filled way. We desire to bring You glory and to accomplish all things in and through Your power, not our own. Thank You for inviting us into this sacred work with You. Be glorified!
