Workshops will explore the daily practices of becoming more deeply human (pick two):
- finding the rhythms of ritual
- utilizing our voice in song and strength
- exploring our creativity
- renewing our relationship with nature
- accompanying those who are differently-abled
- appreciating our body’s breath and movement
- living and acting as an ally
