Lakewood is hosting free breakfast stations at Addenbrooke Park, Mountair Park and MOVE! Dance Studio. Grab burritos, pastries and coffee.

Grab afternoon snacks at Belmar Plaza.
Enjoy a party on your way home in Belmar Plaza with snacks, ice cream sandwiches and more. The party happens from 3:30-6 p.m.

Celebrate the Fourth of July at Big Boom Bash! 🎆

Go inside last year's Big Boom Bash event.

Lakewood's free Fourth of July celebration, Big Boom Bash, is happening once again at Jeffco Stadium, 500 Kipling Street.

The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. rain or shine and culminates with a spectacular 20-minute fireworks display at dark. There will be food trucks, a beer garden and a kids activity section.

July 4 Holiday Hours 🇺🇸

Carmody Recreation Center will be open from 5 a.m.-3 p.m. All other recreation centers will be closed.

Surfside Spray Park will have open splash from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Morse Park Pool will have the following schedule: 8-10 a.m. lap swim; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. open swim.

Try a total body workout at the outdoor pool this summer! Register now for a GlideFit class happening at Morse Park Pool starting in July. Participants use a floating fitness mat to improve balance, agility and core strength.
