Top of the Summer Greetings My Dear Foodie and Winey friends!
Please plan to join us as we present the next in our series of Pop-Up Dinner Events in the Wine Shop.
This outing, we are ecstatic to welcome back our friend, Mill Valley's Bungalow 44 Chef, Gabe Charpentier, for his Tiburon Wine "Encore", Friday July 26th, 7:30pm
We enjoyed Gabe's culinary wizardry so much when we hosted him back in April (Hint: he Rocked The Dump!), we implored him to please return as soon as possible to our Tony Tiburon crowd.
Being the affable guy he is, he politely agreed to give us another go!
Chef Gabe, replete with his formidable resume (* see details below), has been doing extraordinary work at Bungalow for over a year now, retooling, revitalizing & re-imagining their offerings, creating what I consider to be an edgier, more contemporary cuisine, & bringing the nearly 2-decade-old Mill Valley standard-bearer squarely into the 21st Century!
Marin Independent Journal food-scribe, Leanne Battelle,
waxes enthusiastically of Chef Gabe's program:

"Charpentier has upped the menu’s international influence and flavor profile, subtly using herbs and spices while letting the essence of the main ingredient stand out. It’s more veggie- and fish-centric with a Southern touch in line with his most recent stint as chef de cuisine at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans.
As expected on a contemporary California menu, ingredients are locally sourced."
Right up our proverbial alley here at TibWine.
Cuisine that begs to be paired-off with great wines!
Our Pop-Up "Veterans" know that, as ever, we are up to the task.

In that spirit, Chef Gabe will forage his favorite local sources for the finest produce & protein Summer in Marin has to offer, to fashion a menu unlike any fare available anywhere else.
As "Four-Star-Dining" is in Gabe's DNA, we anticipate a stellar array of fancy, delicious delicacies, not necessarily regularly offered-up on Bungalow's menu.
All served up in the intimate, magical surroundings of Tiburon Wine's pretty darned pretty wine shop.
Paired with my selection of extraordinary wines from around the world (including, as always, a genuine Top-Class French Champagne!), this will be yet another evening to remember, not to be missed, as we know the Chef will show off, more than just a bit for our food-knowledgeable crowd.
Bragging rights, as usual, included in the price!

The Menu: 4 savory courses plus dessert, Champagne and wine-pairings that are absolutely guaranteed to wow, amaze & delight even our finickiest food and wine aficionados.

As an added bonus, we will be offering substantial discounts on our featured dinner wines, for our guests to take home for future use (offer valid this evening only).
Space is limited to only 38 lucky diners and, & as ever, we sneakingly suspect it will sell-out, as it always seems to of late, so act quickly.

THE gory DETAILS:
The price is $150. per person complete, including 5-course menu, wine-pairings, tax and gratuity!
(Savvy diners know this is a fabulous bargain!
Just ask any of our 100's of "Repeat Offenders"!)
