Access Business Finance is an asset-based lender founded in 1996 in Bellevue, WA by the two managing partners Tom Cleveland and Doug McDonald, both with extensive experience in banking and the finance industry. 

Access provides working capital for businesses that are unable to qualify for traditional bank financing. Access has three products – Asset-Based Lines of Credit, up to $10 million, Bridge Real Estate Loans, up to $5 million and Factoring from $25,000 to $4 million. 

In its 23 years in business, Access has helped finance a variety of companies from startups to established businesses seeking funds for expansion, acquisitions or in turnaround situations.
