Hello Praying Friends!
Thank you for praying for Terrah's procedure today! Everything was successful and smooth. The doctor is pleased with how everything looks. He is keeping Terrah in hospital for the night, just for monitoring. With this procedure, or really anything invasive during pregnancy, there is a risk of triggering the labor process (which is incredibly ironic, since the procedure is to prevent early labor!). So they want to keep her overnight just to be safe.
One thing the doctor did mention is that since our last appointment just on Thursday last week, the cervix was opened even further. He said that if there had been any delay in doing operation, we would have been in danger of the water breaking at any moment. God's timing is always perfect!
Recovery should only be a few days and then Terrah will be back to normal. So we are grateful for how God has gone before us. Thank you for your continued prayers for Terrah and Lily!
