The celebration of Jan Miller's life will be held at Southside Baptist Church 1435 Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207.
Monday, June 17th at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be served afterwards.
There will be a visitation at the Oaklawn Cemetery off of San Jose Blvd on Sunday, June 16th at 3:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m.
