Another Mensa puzzle to challenge our expert teachers this month.
 

A hiking group are on a five day expedition.

On the first day they cover one quarter of the total distance.

The next day they cover one quarter of what is left.

The following day they cover two fifths of the remainder and on the fourth day half of the remaining distance.

The group now have 14 miles left, how many miles have they walked?

Earn £25 for every tutor you refer who becomes approved

We are offering our tutors the chance to earn £25 if they refer a friend who becomes a TalentEd approved tutor. 

SAGA Helps to Support TalentEd's Tutors

 We are excited to have received generous funding from  the UK’s leading provider of products and services to people aged over 50, SAGA, who have provided us with grant funding to continue our recruitment of expert, retired teachers.
