Why adopt a barn/working cat? Having a working cat will help keep down the rodent population. The cats will be helping you, while you provide them with a safe place to live along with food and water. All of our barn cats come spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and FELV, and ear-tipped.
Where can a barn cat/working cat go to work for you? Here are some examples: Barns, Stables, Greenhouses, Garages, Outbuildings, Warehouses, Wineries, Breweries.
New to owning a working cat? No problem! We can help get you started and give you tips on how to better acclimate your new outdoor feline friend.
We have barn cats available at both our Quakertown and Lahaska Shelters, all of our barn cats can be found online or call us to learn more. Now until Labor Day (9/2/19) all barn cats are name your own price adoption fee.
