On behalf of the Turning Points for Children Board of Directors, we are delighted to inform you that Turning Points has been reaccredited by the Council of Accreditation, which assesses the quality of social service agencies. Reaccreditation is a tremendous achievement recognizing our organization as a provider that successfully implements high performance standards and, as such, is delivering the highest quality services to all of our stakeholders.
COA standards emphasize services that are accessible, appropriate, culturally responsive, evidence based, and outcomes-oriented. They confirm that the services are provided by a skilled and supported workforce and that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
