Happy July to everyone...we're already half-way through Summer and things are looking great! We're making progress in the backyard. The outdoor cooking center is nearing completion. In the next several weeks, Tim will begin to test recipes & techniques and continue to develop dishes for Provisions Pantry. The Summer season has proven to be much slower here in the foothills, as most folks are vacationing in the Sierras or out on the coast...the Amador County Fair happens...so it provides us the perfect opportunity to create new and exciting ideas to offer you in the coming months.
The live music for the month will be provided by our monthly residents "The Slade Rivers Band" on the 14th and "Darin Sexton & Highway 49" on the 21st.
We're flying Jim Adair- drummer for The Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash- out from Chicago to play with Darin's band at the Amador Brewing's Picnic In July at the Italian Picnic Grounds on the 19th (we will be closed that Friday) and he'll stick around for the rest of the weekend to play the Sunday show too!
