Off The Record Bath and North East Somerset received funding from our community pot fund to carry out some research into experiences of young people living in the area about mental health, LGBT+ and rural isolation.
The intention is to use the findings to help Bath and North East Somerset to monitor, evaluate and improve current service provision particularly for young people who identify as LGBT+ and/or live rurally.
The survey is open to all young people aged 11-25 and living or studying in the BANES area.
Do health and social care services in B&NES know what you really think?
If you have a story to tell about health and social care in B&NES, good or bad, contact Pat, Vanessa or Alex to share your experiences.
By sharing your story you can help doctors, dentists, hospitals and care homes understand what's working and what could be better for you and your community.
What would you change about local health and care services?
Health and care organisations from across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire are putting a plan together to make sure you and your loved ones are able to get the support you need to live well.
They want to make sure that you can easily find and use local health and care services, and that these services will support you to stay healthy and happy now and in the future.
The survey closes on 31 July. They will share the results and next steps in autumn 2019.

Volunteering for Healthwatch
Volunteer with us!
We're always looking for volunteers to join our team. Volunteers play an important role in Healthwatch and help carry out our work, such as attending meetings, speaking to members of the public to gather feedback and carrying out Enter and View visits.
Watch this short video of Volunteer Support Officer, Pat Foster, talking about volunteering.
