SIMPLY SERENE RECIPE OF THE WEEK
Pan Seared Tuna with Wheat Berry Salad & Sunflower Seed & Scallion Pesto. To make this meal for 2 people you will need: 1 pound of tuna, 1 Sunflower Seed & Scallion Pesto, 1 Wheat Berry Salad. Preheat a saute pan over high heat, season the tuna with salt and pepper. In a small amount of blended oil, sear the tuna for 2 minutes per side. Serve with salad and pesto!

Fresh baked bread, pies, cookies & pound cakes! Carissa's bread will be available on Saturdays only.
DAIRY
Local cheeses and eggs are stocked. Fresh mozzarella is available daily. Unfortunately we will no longer be carrying Red Horse Mozzarella, Chef Pasquale is not well and is not working.
