Summer Holidays

Summer has finally arrived. The Planetary Healing Centre and the Edinburgh Holistic Shop will be closed until the 4th of August. Centre will re-open on Monday 05th of August. This is a tradition we follow every year so all our volunteers can re-charge and balance their energy too. 

We have a paid job vacancy for Reception Coordinator and we are looking for a very special person to join our team and start 05th of August. Read on for more info. 

Private sessions are on as usual in July and here is our list of private therapists. All you need to do is choose a therapist and contact us on our mobile 07798 568 218 and we will do the rest for you.  

Outreach work 

Would you help us spread the word about our charitable projects and services? 
How about distributing our printed programmed amongst your friends and around Edinburgh? Just pick up a handful of programmes whenever you are at the Centre or contact us on 07798 568 218 and we will post them to you.  The programme gives information about all our projects, classes, groups and events. 

Job vacancy paid position: Reception Co-ordinator

We are looking for a very special person to cover our reception and look after our shop.
Position description:
3 days paid and desirable 1 day volunteering
Monday to Thursday from 10am until 5:45pm.
Remuneration: Minimum wage - £8.21 per hour.
Terms of contract: 1 year
Probation period: 2 months
Required skills: 
Candidate must have: commitment, experience in sales, experience working with vulnerable people, self-initiative and make decisions when necessary, a can do and positive attitude.
The person must be: reliable, computer literate, feel confident updating our social media page, confident in creating online bookings, be able to work unsupervised, have a compassionate heart and be an exceptional team worker.
The candidate will be self-employed in a contract with us. Application can be downloaded from our website.
