Good Morning and Happy, Healthy Monday!

When I received Astral's message early this morning saying "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf!", I felt nothing but blessed that busy mum of two, a teacher, getting ready for her class today, was thinking of me on her probably busiest day of the week! She has a reason for sending it to me because she knows I have found myself in need to learn to surf (again)... She is reminding me. And I needed it more than she thinks I do. Maybe you do too...

I could not help but to be inspired by her to connect with those that follow me or read my newsletters or are my existing clients, you most probably being one of those three, in case today's message resonates with you.

My message today is also to tell you that I understand how it is not not to begin because we do not know where to start. Because we forget that it is all about taking fist and even imperfect steps - even if we do not see the whole road in front of us. We sometimes feel overwhelmed and it is just us over thinking things. It does not have to be all or nothing...

You can begin with just one positive thought in the morning, one extra glass of water, one (extra) push up, one squat at a time, one decision to change your breakfast, to prepare a healthier snack... One step and one day at a time can make all the difference to what you do next! And sometimes one single thing is the only thing we can handle at a time. And that is OK. But, one thing will always have more power than doing nothing at all. Like "every vote counts", because it does, if I have to make that analogy (because no one wants to think about voting right now!).

What will you do? What is one habit you need to change or adjust that impacts where you want to be or how you want to feel. Just work on that!
